Roopairs has pivoted their focus since my time with them, so this description reflects pre-pivot initiatives. Roopairs is a unique service as software start up based in the Central Coast area that specifically caters to connecting restaurants with service companies & professionals. Their software aimed to help service companies pick up jobs more efficiently, digitize their paperwork and workflow, and be the go-to platform for restaurant owners to seek out service companies when their kitchen equipment goes haywire.

Problem
Visitors would come to the site and feel confused about what Roopairs’ software had to offer and who the software was for. We wanted to increase the amount of product demo sign ups from restaurant owners and service companies to hopefully onboard onto our platform.

Solution
Improved the site’s informational architecture, content, and messaging to clearly communicate Roopairs’ software to both restaurant owners and service companies.
